DEV Partners is actively seeking an ambitious candidate to help grow our Columbus real estate portfolio. The selected team member will have a dual role acting as our regional Property Management lead and also assisting our portfolio growth as a Development Project Manager. Longer term, we envision this candidate growing into a focused role in Property/Asset Management.
Specific responsibilities for this role include managing tenant experience, developing and executing a disciplined approach to lease up, rent growth, and long term property management. Secondary responsibilities will be highly-dependent upon the specific candidate but may include real-estate development project management, planning, and project delivery.
This is a full-time position with salary and benefits, located in Columbus. Travel is limited to project sites.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Represent DEV Partners with clarity and empathy for our partners, customers and vendors.
Ensure property management systems and processes are functioning with property resources to meet annual budgets.
Manage project delivery of design and construction planning and development.
Track and manage project scope, schedule and budget.
Financial reporting, including monthly income statements, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners.
Advertise, market and lease available units.
Arrange and manage contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate.
Assist with property acquisition and development due diligence.
Qualifications
Property management experience is preferred.
A successful candidate must be organized, responsive, curious, self-driven, and empathetic.
Associate’s or higher degree preferred.
Shows exceptional leadership, administrative, communication, and coaching talents.
Project management, or people management experience
Demonstrated flexibility, superior problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in multiple disciplines are musts.
Exhibits moderate financial and analytical abilities; experience making sound financial management decisions based on budgetary constraints.

Competitive base salary
